Staff Mobility for Teaching/Training allows teaching and non-teaching staff of higher education institutions to gain experience and develop skills at organizations or institutions across Europe. Participants engage in teaching activities or undertake training such as job shadowing and attending workshops or courses. The mobility enhances professional development and fosters international collaboration in the field of education.
Teaching and non-teaching staff members employed at higher education institutions holding the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education. This includes faculty, administrators, and other staff seeking professional development and international experience.
Erasmus+ provides funding to cover travel and living expenses during the mobility period, calculated based on the distance to the host country and the duration of the stay. The exact amount varies, as it is determined by national agencies and depends on factors like the destination country's cost of living. Additional support may be available for participants with special needs or those traveling from remote areas.
Yes! Your organization can cover the participation fee for Staff Mobility, often using the Organizational Support (OS)Â grant received from the Erasmus+ program. The funding is designed to assist with such costs, alongside travel and subsistence expenses.
For most of our courses, we suggest that participants have a minimum B2 (or equivalent) level of English.
To apply, you must first check with your institution's Erasmus+ coordinator or international office, as applications are typically processed through them. They will provide you with the necessary application forms, guidelines, and details about the selection process. After submitting your application to your institution, they will handle the coordination with the host institution or organization abroad.
Erasmus+ Staff Mobility supports a range of activities, including teaching assignments at partner institutions and training through job shadowing, workshops, seminars, and courses. These activities aim to foster professional development and skill enhancement in an international context.
Our Erasmus OID (Organization ID) is E10367230. You may provide this number to your International Relations Officer and/or Erasmus Coordinator to approve your mobility.
